Sticky Fingers was established in 2002 to promote and develop high quality arts and cultural events for very young children, their families,
teachers and carers. We bring art, music, theatre, digital media, dance, storytelling and major events to children and families across
Ireland.
The Sticky Fingers Festival is now in its fifth year and has been growing each year, bringing more ambitious and exciting arts and creative events to Newry. Sticky Fingers believes that it is every child’s right to take part in and enjoy arts events and opportunities that are created especially for their age and interest. The Sticky Fingers Festival 2012 will give children the chance to experience specially devised performances, possibly for the first time of their young lives, close to home.
Sticky Fingers is an award-winning arts organisation and is supported in its works by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland. The Festival has been devised in association with Small Size (the international network of the performing arts for young audiences), Polka Theatre in London and Baboro International Children’s Arts Festival, Galway.
